The Baltic Health Diet is a proposal for everyone who wants to try healthy, tasty, and surprising cuisine for 7 days. Our menu, prepared with the highest quality products, including those from local, certified suppliers, is based on several simple but beneficial principles for our health:
- as many fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits as possible,
- legumes as the main source of protein,
- if fats, then only the healthiest: omega-3 and omega-6 from fish, olive oil, nuts,
- as a source of carbohydrates, minimally processed grain products,
- for flavor and health, herbs, garlic, and high-quality cheese in small amounts.
The uniqueness of our proposed diet is ensured by:
- our freshly baked high-fiber prebiotic bread as a staple in the daily menu,
- vegetables and fruits from certified sources and herbs grown in our organic greenhouses,
- health-promoting, fresh, daily served vegetable and fruit smoothies with a proprietary recipe as a snack,
- OPTIONALLY: two days of fasting on Monday and Thursday, during which we treat you to vegetable broth and herbal infusions. For dinner, we serve a bouquet of vitamins in the form of smoothies.
